Look-alike styles from ELLE Magazine shops Lingerie Dressing, page 96 of the February 2010 issue. The editors suggest combining a lace tee and bra with a mini skirt and sandals; tap shorts with a lady-like jacket and large tote bag; and Pajama like pants with a trench a fitted corset.
These looks will take some practice to pull off well. My advice: study the magazine images closely and use a full-length mirror before leaving the house!

It's "Open Season" Vogue declares on page 134 of its February 2010 issue. "As the winter thaws the perfect transitional shoe is uncovered." Here are some look-alike peep-toe choices I pulled together from our shop. Let those toes free! At least just a little.

I am so over wearing my winter coat. Even though its still a bit chilly, I want start shopping for something that says "Spring" and is short. Here are a few styles I am looking at, any tips on what might be a great choice. I am into the grayish shades so I am happy in that dept.

Bib necklaces have the worst name for something that's pretty cool and trendy. Despite the baby connotation, I'm still seeing them out and about. They have a very artsy look don't you think? Add one of these to a solid open neck dress and you've got a gorgeous look! Tracey

Inspired by "The Mood-Alice in Wonderland" in the February 2010 issue of Marie Claire magazine, I picked out some styles and accessories that pick up on with the characters in the upcoming film: the green mad hatter hat -- sort of works ;) -- the pink and red shirt for the Chesire Cat, Card Key Chain, Alice head band, the rabbit's watch and some super funky shoes. Have fun! Can't wait to see the flick. Such a golden oldie of a story.

Take a page (page 88 to be exact) from LUCKY magazine's "Sexy Guide" (Februaury 2010). The mini-skirt, they say, is "A key item in any sophisticated girls arsenal, this is one of those rare pieces that are com-hither without feeling too planned out You can play it laid-back or ultra glam-either way its the perfect balance of charming and scandalous." Love them myself.

A bunch of my girlfriends and I are planning a night out for Valentine's. We're all single and celebrating freedom (for the moment). We'll be hitting some upscale spots. Any thoughts on what might give me some legs in terms of wearing again?

Marie Claire Magazine calls this top an "Instant Classic." The Breton Stripe shirt (see page 22 in the January issue) "Call it a product of the people; Unisex, easy to wear,and undeniably chic, a seaworthy knit top is one style that fits all." I agree BUT like the styles with the v or open necks best. The high neck and horizontal stripe combination is deadly on broad shouldered frame.
